Cancellation policy

For reservations cancelled 21 days before arrival, the prepayment is non refundable.

Cancellations made on the arrival date or no-show , no refund is given and the guest is obligged to pay 50% of the total reservation amount.

In case the client reduces the length of his/her stay, 100% of the agreed cost is charged.

In case of Covid -19 issues, no prepayment is refunded .

Instead, a voucher is issued which is valid for 18 months.Please note that you will be required to pay for any price differences resulting from these new dates.
